Sometimes you may feel like it is impossible and difficult to take care of your skin, usually when you wake up and find a huge pimple on your nose or on your face. If you don’t have time for profound skin care, need not panic you just need to follow some basic and easy rules in your daily routine for clean, blemish, and flawless skin. Skin care is not merely applying lotions and face washes. It involves sound sleep, proper diet, and exercise. Only your skin type determines what kind of face washes, scrubs, hydrating creams, and masks are required. Our skin is quite delicate and needs a lot of attention and care. Everyone has different skin types such as oily, dry, combinational, and sensitive. Skincare is required in accordance with the skin type and texture.

Daily Skincare Routine:

Cleansing – Wash your face two times a day with the choice of the right face wash for your skin type. It will help to remove dust, dirt, and pollution. Try to avoid strong soaps.

Steaming – It is very good for oily skin since it helps to cleanse the pores and provides relaxed skin.

Moisturizers and Skin Hydrants – Not only dry skin but oily skin care routine also needs a moisturizer that is gentle. Apply sunscreen lotion every time when you are under sunlight to avoid wrinkles and age spots. Always remove the makeup before going to bed. Makeup tends to block the pores leading to blemishes and dark spots.

Healthy Diet:

Drink more and more water in a day. It will remove harmful toxins from the body and keeps the skin hydrated, young, and glowing. The intake of carrots, green leafy vegetables, and apricots will help to remove dark complexion, makes your skin looks youthful, and helps to avoid dark circles. Vitamin C will help to make your skin clear and soft.

Good Sleep and Regular Exercise:

Stress impacts not only your mind and sleep but also gives invitation to many skin problems such as acne, dark circles, dull skin, etc. Doing exercise regularly will help in proper blood circulation thus helping in proper oxygen and nutrients supply to our body. Further sweat will remove harmful toxins from the skin. Exercise will relieve you from stress and makes your skin looks clear and fresh. Try to sleep for at least 7 hours for sound skin and body. Improper sleep can lead to dark circles.
